Come find out on opening night, when we feature a stunning musical and visual performance by Andrea Centazzo, who creates multimedia experiences that combine live music with video images of gravitational waves and other phenomena.
The concert will be preceded by a talk from Michele Vallisneri, a theoretical physicist at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, who will impart his firsthand knowledge of the gravitational-wave observatory LIGO and the impact that its measurements have had on our understanding of the universe.
This event is a collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute of San Francisco.
